Tim McComish

Tim founded McComish Excavating in 1989 after getting into earthwork as a teenager. Tim quickly worked to get his septic installer license when he found his passion for dirt work and continued expanding his career. Tim decided to start his own excavation business in 1989, and so began McComish Excavating. Working meticulously to expand his knowledge of earthwork, and deliver superior services. He has worked tirelessly to continue building the business.

Young Tim graduated from Vermont Technical College with a degree in Diesel Power Technology. Tim started running heavy equipment as a kid and has developed skills and knowledge that continue to be an asset every day for the business. Young Tim started being seriously involved with the business in 2020. He now works full time operating equipment/trucks and maintaining the entire fleet at McComish Excavating.

Cathy McComish

Cathy graduated from New England College with a bachelors degree in Biology. Cathy oversees our daily tasks, working on the jobsites running equipment. Cathy started with McComish Excavating in 2021 and has expanded her skillsets and obtained her CDL since then. When she's not on the jobsite, you can find Cathy maintaining all of the business networking and office management.
